Hi everybody I'm Alana! I am a recent graduate from the University of Florida (Go Gators!), and I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. Today, I am a 7th grade math teacher working with all band widths, including intensive, on-level, and advanced math. Throughout my time in school, I fell in love with achieving academic success and expanding my learning. More than that, I fell in love with helping others achieve the same goals! I worked as a middle school math tutor from as early as 16 years old and have continued on that path. I was an AP Statistics tutor as well as a Statistics Teaching Assistant in college. Additionally, I was a Genetics Teaching Assistant. Finally, before beginning my teaching journey full-time, I was a 7th grade math tutor who helped students get back on grade level.
