Alana is responsible, reliable, and patient. She watched my toddler 3 days a week - the first few weeks were a little tough with him having separation anxiety (18 months old). Before we knew it he was excited to play with her whenever she came over. She was great at keeping him occupied and able to put him to sleep for his nap. All around great sitter!
