About Alana

I have my BS in Speech Language & hearing sciences, and am attending San Jose State University to earn my Masters degree for pediatric speech language pathology! I've always had a passion for working with children and have been nannying and babysitting since I was 14 years old. I have 2 years experience as a day care attendant, 2 years experience as a child care director, and 3 years of experience as a Summer camp director at the Los Gatos Swim and Racquet club. Furthermore I have had extensive experience working with children with various degrees of neurological divergence (extensive experience working with children who are diagnosed with Autism).
