Alana is a dream. Communicative, courteous, professional and punctual. She takes her job very seriously and is a dream with our daughter. She is absolutely lovely. Alana came to night nurse for us and within minutes made everything easier. She is also very gentle and patient and wants to work with parents the way they would like to do things. She is best in class and well trained. We also have a 13 year old so this isnt our first time! We are very grateful for her.
