Alain cared for my father for two years. My dad had ALS and became completely immobile. Alain was amazing and was able to provide my dad with everything he needed. During this time, my dad had to go to the hospital and a rehab facility. My dad said Alain’s care was much better than any of the nurses or CNAs he encountered in his many visits to the hospital and rehab center. Alain kept my dad extremely clean, applied appropriate lotions, medicines, muscle massages and therapies, and made sure he was always safe. It was especially difficult because my dad was on an external ventilator which required constant monitoring. Alain was always on top of what needed to be done. He also provided great meals and my dad loved to watch sports and game shows with Alain and enjoyed joking about what they were watching. I had complete trust in Alain and take comfort in knowing my dad was able to spend his last two years in comfort and peace. My whole family is incredibly grateful for Alain’s professional and compassionate service.
