About Alaina

I'd describe my personality as hardworking, passionate and outgoing! I like working with kids because of how much you can learn! Children have such big imaginations and personalities and I love much positivity they spread by just being themselves. I started working with kids when I was 14 with babysitting and nannying jobs. I have worked at a daycare for over a year and have loved every second of it! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and family going to the beach, watching movies and going shopping. I also love going on walks with my puppies! One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible and have good communication skills! My skills include redirecting to positive behaviors, engaging in free play, and encouraging to try new things!
