As program instructor teaching environmental education and outdoor recreation at Frost Valley YMCA. I was responsible for preparation, delivery, and follow up of programs offered through the Schools, Team building, and Retreats. Effectively communicate and interact with all ages. Frost Valley YMCA seeks to promote an awareness of the interrelationships of the natural world through the natural sciences. Developed a curriculum that meets NYS school standard Facilitated and organized team building groups, logistics, and travel. Adapted to the group's dynamics, channeling their strengths and challenging there weaknesses. Used social emotional intelligence to adapt our audience specializing in challenging clients weaknesses.
