Aja cared for my two children as their full time nanny. She is trustworthy and always took good care of both children. I always felt that they were safe and loved when in her care. She is friendly, calm and caring. My kids were excited to see her each day and she was great about partnering with us to guide them and discipline as needed. She always had very helpful suggestions related to transitioning both children through different eating, sleeping and developmental phases. In addition to carrying for the kids, Aja assisted with keeping up with laundry, dishes, and picking up toys, which was a big help. She somehow managed to wrangle two kids, make lunch and fold laundry at the same time. Aja is a calm presence, easily assimilates into your day to day family life, is hard working and very good at managing multiple children and tasks at one time. Any family would be very lucky to have her as part of their “team”!
