About Aiva

Working in the health industry for almost 5 years and i've been exposed and worked with facilities, registry, agencies, private homes and care homes. My number 1 goal is the wellbeing of clients through proper care and communication with families and care team. I am focused, reliable and honest I think seniors are the most in need in the society right now and they have so much wisdom. It's the learning and experience I am looking for a job that I could enhance and continuously improve my skills as a health-worker. I started working with seniors june of 2019 For free time I spent it working out, school, meeting family and friends I learn fast and am detail oriented. I ask when there are things I'm not sure of.
