About Aislin

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, passionate, and loving. I like working with kids because they bring so much love and light into the world. Working with kids can be so rewarding because you're able to bring a positive influence and role into their lives. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be an influence in the lives around me where I can utilize my skills to lead and help others make their lives easier. I started working with kids when I was an early teen. I have 5 younger siblings and often spend time helping out around the house with them. In my spare time, I like to read and spend time with friends and family! One thing you should know about me is that I am driven and passionate about everything that I do. My skills include organization, being able to keep track of different schedules and individual needs. Communication with both the children and parents. Along with empathy to understand those emotions and help build a positive relationship.
