We had a wonderful experience! Aisling was responsive, organized, and jumped right in to help with our kids’ bedtime routine (ages 3 and 6). She was easy to communicate with and quickly built a great rapport with both children. What impressed me most was how calmly and confidently she handled big emotions—she was able to redirect, distract, and talk them through challenging moments with patience and kindness. We felt completely at ease leaving our children in her care and would happily hire her again.
