Aishat was smart, gentle, kind, creative, and firm when need be. She was a constant comfort and good companion even as she nudged me to do painful exercises. She helped make my medication schedule and stick to it with prompting, did light meal prep, laundry, bedding, cat feeding, PT coaching and encouragement, transfer and bathing, dressing, even blowdrying my hair. She accompanied me to a few appointments and the pharmacy. My recovery would not have been this smooth without Aishat's help. Feeling grateful.
