About Aisha

I like working with kids because children are our future but they also can't advocate for themselves all the time, so it's important to me to advocate for them and teach them how to do it themselves! I also find children to be funny and positive, it's good energy to be around. I started working with kids about 5 years ago when my niece moved in next door and I would help out sometimes, and then it just grew into me looking after other kids in the neighborhood/our community as well In my spare time, I like to read, bake, drive, go on walks, and just relax! One thing parents should know about me is that when I commit to something, I give it my full effort. I'm reliable, attentive, and genuinely care about creating a safe, positive environment for children! My skills include being a quick thinker, being patient/level-headed, and a confident advocate when things don't seem right.
