About Aireyana

For the past three years, I've had the privilege of working as a Lead Teacher and Manager at Cherish Academy Preschool, where I've supported children ages 3-5 through hands-on learning, creativity, and meaningful connection. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, communication, and creating a safe space where every child feels seen and encouraged to be themselves. I especially love incorporating art, nature, culture, music, and imaginative play into everyday learning. Building genuine relationships with both children and their families has been one of the most rewarding parts of my work, and I'm proud to be someone families can trust and feel comfortable with.
