I am passionate about improving well-being and independence. I am adept at housekeeping and cooking, exercise and creating healthy and positive home atmospheres. Having experience in both hospital and in-home settings, I provide compassionate guidance and encouragement to patients through physical and emotional support. I am an LM Licensed Midwife, CPM Certified Professional Midwife, LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse, Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor, and I am CPR and First Aid certified.
