About Ailyn

Hello, my name is Ailyn! I am a 19-year-old college student, pursuing Child Psychology. I took 2 years of education professions in high school where I worked with and made lesson plans for pre-schoolers, as well as 2nd graders. At the end of those 2 years I gained my education professions technical skills certificate. I now work in a preschool with kids aged 1-5 in the school year and up to 10 years old during the summer! My past experience includes being a babysitter for ages ranging from infants to teenagers for my family and family friends. I am more than happy and capable to do some light housekeeping, feedings, naps, age appropriate crafts, reading time, etc! I strive to make every kid feel supported and heard while creating a fun and welcoming environment. I also deeply value patience and open communication to create and maintain healthy relationships with the child(ren) and their families!
