About Ailin

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Ailin as our nanny/au pair for the past year. She has been an absolute gift to our family and has taken amazing care of both of our boys, from the time our youngest was just 4 months old through 16 months, and our oldest from ages 5 to 6. From day one, Ailin was loving, nurturing, patient, dependable, and incredibly attentive. She cared for our baby with so much tenderness and quickly became someone we completely trusted. She was wonderful at keeping him on his routine, engaging him throughout the day, and making sure he was always happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Watching the bond they developed over the past year has been so special. She has also been amazing with our older son. She is warm and playful while still providing structure and boundaries, and she has always made him feel seen and valued. He absolutely adores her, and it has been so reassuring to know that both of our boys are in such capable and loving hands. Ailin is also incredibly responsible, trustworthy, and proactive. She became a true part of our family and always went above and beyond to make our lives easier. She is the kind of person who notices what needs to be done without being asked, and she brings a calm, positive energy into our home every day. Most importantly, Ailin genuinely loves our children, and they love her. Leaving your children with someone is one of the biggest acts of trust as a parent, and we have always felt completely comfortable and confident knowing they were with her. We cannot recommend Ailin highly enough. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her caring for their children. She has made such a meaningful impact on our family, and we will always be grateful for the love and care she has given our boys over the past year.
