About Ailin

Ailin is the absolute best caregiver you can imagine. She’s responsible, communicative, and trustworthy, but most importantly she is a role model to my kids. She brought so much joy to my children, knowing about their interests and cultivating them. She really played with them — games, pretend play, art, cooking, baking, music, sports, and telling stories. She is also really capable — while she was mostly with our then-2 y/o during the day, there were plenty of times when she babysat all four kids (11, 9, 6, and 2). She can level up to older kids and meet little ones where they are. Ailin lived with us for a year, and it was so easy to be around her. She is neat and courteous, and she’s just good company. My kids ask about her all the time, keep up with her through texts, and she even remembered their birthdays after she moved and came back to visit us. Any family would be lucky to have her caring for their kids. As a mama who has hired numerous babysitters and nannies over the years, I can give Ailin my highest recommendation.
