Hi! My name is Aileen. From 2016 to 2021, I had the opportunity to babysit, nanny, and work in a childcare setting as a Licensed Lead Teacher. I've worked with all ages of kids - mainly with the ages 0-5. Working with others children and inside their homes gave me plenty of knowledge. Aileen worked with our family of 3 children and our dog for 2.5 years. Her care of the kids was exceptional! She was engaged and compassionate with their individual personalities and developmental age. Aileen was quite flexible as the care needs for our family changed over the years. Would highly recommend!
