Aida was great helping out while I was at home with two kids. She kept the baby happy and safe. She was very in her element with a difficult kindergartener. Might be a little rusty on one-on-one infant care, but I would be comfortable leaving her alone with some refresher and clear instructions. Example: might benefit from additional support while baby tries to escape changing table with poopy diaper, but very capable of assessing needs/safety and seek guidance immediately where appropriate.
