About Aida

Hi families! My name is Aida. I'm a senior at John Jay College studying anthropology and sociology, and I'm excited to return to nannying. I've cared for youth across all ages and I bring a warm, calm, and reliable presence that helps children feel comfortable and supported. Outside of nannying, I work with high school students as a college access coach, helping them stay motivated, organized, and confident about their futures. I also have years of experience working as a leader in afterschool programs, where I support youth workers, help with homework, guide behavior, and keep daily routines smooth. I've coached volleyball as well, so I'm no stranger to managing energy, building discipline, and keeping kids active in a fun and encouraging way. Working with children from preschool through teens has taught me how to adjust to different personalities and needs. I'm big on smooth routines, clear communication, and creating spaces where kids feel safe, seen, and confident.
