Hello there! My name is Ahren. I am 25 years old and have lived in the Northwest for my entire life. I grew up very closely with a Japanese family and have always taken an interest in Japanese customer service and especially food. I currently occupy my reading with . I have experience teaching in an international school anywhere from early childhood to 5th grade. Japanese (JLPT) N2 obtained so far, once the pandemic settles I plan to pass the N1 as well. I also lived abroad in Japan for a year(2016) in addition to my college education at Portland State University. I try to implement cooking and music into all my classes because its how I enjoy making learning fun.

Ahren is such a delightful person to be with. He takes care of my 7 year old daughter and my friend's kids during distance learning. He not only helps them with online schooling but also keeps them busy and active throughout the day. He is naturally great with kids! We are so lucky to find a person like him!
