About Ahnika

Hi! I have 7 years experience working with kids, and 5 years experience nannying. I have worked with infants, toddlers, and school age children including twins, siblings, and kids who are neurodiverse. In my work as a nanny, I invest in long term relationships with families with reliable schedules and strive to stay connected to families through changing needs in child development. I enjoy spending time with kiddos outdoors and facilitating developmentally appropriate activities such as making music and dancing with toddlers. I have a very engaged style, and provide children with consistent routines they can expect and feel empowered in. I am curious about children's sense of self, needs, preferences, and unique insight.
