After 30 years of living in Los Angeles, I relocated to the Bay Area and lived there for 20 years and now I have made the PNW my permanent home. My professional background is 30 years of nonprofits from management to fundraising, I felt my calling is helping others and I love being part of an organizations that makes a difference in other peoples lives. I am a caring and compassionate being. I have extensive experience in helping disable/bed bound seniors. I am trained to use a hoyer lift, transfers from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair chair to toilet and vs/vs., med reminders, errands, drive to dr visits, meal prep, great with pets, light house cleaning, laundry, showers, and all personal care. I am CPR certified, Alzheimer's and Dementia certified. References upon request.

I hired Ahide to stay with my husband who has dementia while I take a break. She was the first caregiver that I have hired so I wasn't sure what to expect, she has met and exceeded my expectations. And in fact has taught me things about caregiving. I would very much miss her compassion, caring, and expertise. I struck gold when Ahide came into our lives.
