About Agnieszka

Thank you for your interest in my profile. My name is Agnieszka (English - Agnes). I am a 30-year-old Polish woman who has been a child care provider for the last 10 years. I have also studied in child care related fields. In 2013, I finished the Childcare Management Certificate at the NYU and I also became a Montessori Assistant Teacher (the full list of my childcare related education can be found on the bottom of the description). I am a kind, fun, and hardworking person. One of my best attributes is a calm and patient personality combined with a great respect that I always receive from children. Furthermore, I like to combine play, development, and education in an easy, comprehensive, and fun way. I incorporate the Montessori style of child care as well as the Reggio philosophy. In my opinion, these are the best approaches to help children with their progress. I am also an active person that is enjoying outdoor activities such as walking, riding bikes, and riding horses. I have BLS/CPR Adult, Child, Infant and AED Training and Standard First Aid Training certifications. I respect and appreciate the trust you have placed in me to care for your child. I believe parents are the most important people in a child's world, and I will make every effort to support you as a family. I will offer the very best care that I can for your child. I am committed to providing high quality child care in a home environment. I believe family child care offers children the opportunity to learn and grow with children of different ages in a supportive, family-like atmosphere. I will encourage self-help skills where children are encouraged to do things for themselves. This helps children establish positive self-esteem and behavior.
