About Agnes

We were incredibly fortunate to have Agnes. She cared for both our children and my grandmother, who was living with Alzheimer's disease. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and genuine compassion in everything she did. She was punctual, communicated well, accepted feedback graciously, and adapted seamlessly to our family's changing needs. What truly set her apart was the joy she brought to caregiving. She engaged our 3 children in imaginative pretend play, created fun and creative games, took them on bike rides and park adventures, and always remembered important details like sunscreen and medications. Frequently she had a better grasp of their schedules than I did and made sure they always made it to their activities on time and prepared. I never had to worry about their safety, well-being, or whether they were spending their day in front of a screen. She was actively engaged with them and made every day meaningful and fun. Her care for my grandmother was equally remarkable. I am confident that without Agnes we would not have been able to keep my grandmother in our home until the end. She treated her with extraordinary patience, dignity, and compassion. Even on days when my grandmother was unable to participate fully, she never seemed discouraged or disengaged. She continually found ways to connect with her, offering companionship, encouragement, and kindness that made a real difference in her quality of life. Beyond caregiving, she routinely took initiative around the house, preparing meals, doing laundry, washing dishes, and running errands without needing to be asked. Her willingness to help wherever needed was invaluable. Agnes is one of the most thoughtful, dependable, and compassionate caregivers we have ever worked with. She quickly became a trusted part of our family, and I give her my highest recommendation without hesitation.
