Agnes is a wonderful caregiver. She has helped me on a number of occasions with my 3 kids 5 and under, and was able to connect with each of them in an age appropriate and respectful yet fun and humorous way. It is very clear that she loves children, and respects them as the individuals that they are. She was proactive in supporting me not just with the kids but also all the adjacent tasks like thinking about their snacks and lunches, and inquiring directly and helpfully about how I would like to handle situations like playground disputes, potty-ing and various hygiene measures. She also speaks multiple languages, plays the piano, sings beautifully, and cooks well. Combine that with her Austrian heritage and you've basically got the Sound of Music in your home! Very easy to work with, and I look forward to working with her again.
