I 've been working as a nanny and teacher in the USA since 2019. I 'm a certificated teacher in the USA (with education studies, psychology and sociology). I worked with a group of children in a daycare and kids in the family as well. Taking care of children is continuous process of learning something new. The are no similar kids and no comparable families as well. That make the job very attractive and challenging as well. My daily motto is to be always good prepared. To be patient and to understand the constantly changing kids needs. Personally, I'm a mother. There is nothing more beautiful than watching your child grow up and change. And there is no greater job satisfaction than seeing the positive results of your own efforts. I understand being patient, carefully, creative, enthusiastic and flexible as the most important characteristics in the nanny's /teacher' job. My attitude to work is to be positive and to do everyday duties, like it would be the most important thing ever.
