I don't think there are words to express how important Aeryal (or as we know her, Ms. A-A) has become to our family. She is a dependable, loyal, loving caregiver. She is quirky and fabulous and fun. She is loving and wonderful with infants, fun but firm with toddlers, and creative when it comes to older kids. If you have the opportunity to work with her--do it. You and your kids will be truly blessed.
