After interviewing, I hired Carolina to tutor my son one afternoon a week. In our first session we agreed to postponed due to my son being sick. When the next week came around, Carolina no-showed at our scheduled time. I texted her to see if everything was OK, maybe she forgot. I got no response and have heard nothing since. If I'm going to be generous, I can only assume she found a better opportunity at our time slot. That doesn't at all excuse not extending me any courtesy in communicating this to me or allowing me to offer some flexibility. It was downright unprofessional. And its frustrating because I lost a lot of time committing to her.
