We hired Adriana two years ago as full-time nanny for our son when he was 7 months old. She welcomed our second baby together and switched to taking care of the infant when our toddler started daycare around 2 years old. Adriana is super patient and kind. Her prior experience at schools not only means she’s great with playing with and educating the kids, but also she has tons of ideas for age appropriate activities and tools. Adriana is super responsible, and she’s never been late to work (yes, never!). You can always count on her. She has great suggestions for us from all her prior experiences, but she also respects us as parents and follows our instructions when caring for our children. She proactively brings up potential issues and concerns about the children to ensure their timely resolution. She practices gentle parenting/caregiving; we’ve relied on her for tips and suggestions with some of the challenges we’ve had with our children. We could not speak highly enough of Adriana, and our kids love her!
