About Adison

Hi! I'm Adison, a certified elementary teacher with four years of experience working with kids ages 4-12 in both a summer camp and an afterschool care program. I earned my Elementary Education degree from James Madison University and currently work as a substitute teacher in Rockingham County while completing my master's in Teacher Leadership. I'm very comfortable helping with homework, tutoring, and school support, along with providing reliable and attentive childcare. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping related to the kids. I'm patient, responsible, and enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment. My experience in education and childcare has prepared me well to support families with consistent, dependable care. I value clear communication, am happy to follow preferred communication methods, and always respect household rules and routines.
