Hi my name is adi! I've been babysitting since I was 12 and nannying since I was 14. Over the course of my six years of babysitting, I've worked with 40+ families. I've babysat a variety of ages and personalities ranging from newborn to teenager, so I've pretty much seen it all. I have also been living in brazil the past 18 months so I have a lot of experience with different cultures. I'm passionate about children's development and that they have positive experiences with their caretakers. I'm also pretty good at and love doing little girls hair. I'm hardworking, responsible, reliable and caring/understanding to all circumstances. I love to ski, play soccer, rock climb, play violin, and have fun with friends and family! Adi has been absolutely amazing with our now 9 month old! She is very attentive to her needs and gives her lots of cuddles and attention. She has been great at following our feeding/nap schedule. Adi is very smart, caring, fun, & patient. She is a genuinely good person with a big heart for little ones. She has adapted well to our daughters feeding difficulties and has taken the time to figure out what works for her. I was really nervous about getting a nanny, but when Adi is with her I'm 100% confident in her ability to keep our baby safe and happy. It feels like having a mature little sister around to help out when needed. She's very flexible, responsive, and communicates openly about her availability. Adi does the cutest pony's on our baby so that her hair isn't in her eyes when she's trying to play! She's exceeded our expectations and we know she will go far in life.
