Companion and caregiver. Most of my clients are seniors who are in need of a personal assistant for life management tasks and want a companion for socialization, but are not yet ready for assisted living. I typically visit once or twice a week, and act as an extra pair of eyes and hands for the family. Offering a range of services, including: scheduling appointments errands transportation meal prep laundry organization mobility assistance fall prevention medication management administrative tasks deep cleaning I'm a vaccinated, twice boosted non-smoker, and CPR trained. Formerly a doula, and prior to that a massage therapist, I find caregiving to be incredibly fulfilling work.
