Addison would claim unapproved extra time on her time card. She apologized and fixed it three times. Addison would get verbally "frustrated" if I gave any feedback that was other than positive. She would apologize later. Addison was a lot of fun for my daughter, but didn't empathize or seem to understand special needs -or want to do the "Care" part of the job. My daughter really loved her energy. So did I.
