Hi there! My name is Dia. Before moving to Auburn I babysat around the Birmingham area. I moved down in July and became a lead teacher at BBMA. I loved that job so much and it was a joy to teach and guide those kids. I decided to step away after some health issues, but I still have a passion for childcare. My experience is primarily with children ages 1-4, but I am comfortable taking care of younger and older children. I plan on completing the Child Development Associate Program through TeachStone in the next few months, as well as continuing my education with other child care certificates or college courses. I also have experience with pets, I have 3 cats and a dog, and experience housekeeping and cooking. I would love to become part of your village and offer extra support and care to your child.
