Adalyz immediately became part of the family. Her warm, good spirited manner helps to get the children off to a good start. Although she is sympathetic to the children's emotional needs, she does hold them accountable for their behaviors. She is always willing to help and manage her different hats (nanny, distance learning facilitator, tutor, etc) very well. My children love her!!!!
