Hi parents! I'm Abril. I'm 26 years old and a recent USF graduate with a B. S in Health Sciences. I'm also a Home Health Aide certified with CPR and First Aid. As the oldest of three siblings, I discovered my love for caregiving early on. While my career is in health, I've also enjoyed working with children on and off through summer camps, community programs, church events, and private childcare. I have experience caring for children ranging from toddlers to teens, from a diversity of backgrounds. My caregiving style is active, hands-on, creative, & adaptable. I enjoy getting to know each child's personality and needs so I can provide care that is both engaging and supportive. I thrive in activities & play, but can also assist with structure, tutoring, meal prep, transportation, and daily routines. I am currently seeking summer/fall opportunities while prepping for grad school next year, but am also open to longer-term arrangements. I look forward to speaking with you!
