My name is Abigail . I am in my mid twenties and have over 10 years of experience in many different forms of childcare. I am a professional piano teacher, and as such, have taught students from ages 4 to 18 for the past 10 years. I have also worked in preschools, daycares, as a private nanny and most recently worked in the youth mental health field. I am CPR/First Aid certified and carry myself with authority and tranquility. I was homeschooled, graduated high school two years early, and went through the Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music's Piano Pedagogy, Advanced Music Theory and Vocal Performance courses. I have a big heart for children and helping kiddos of all ages learn how to navigate their world with peace, understanding and enjoyment. I am willing and excited to help with carpooling, housekeeping, laundry, school work and much more.

Abigail has been a part of our families care team, taking care of our first boy, since Fall 2023. I cannot say enough good things about her. She’s extremely reliable, trustworthy, and caring. She is proactive with taking care of things around the house in her down time without request, always makes sure the kids are having fun, and respects family rules as if they were her own. My son absolutely adores her. We feel very lucky to have her as another trusted adult in his life. We’ve experienced her taking care of one child and multiple at a time, and the quality of care never changes. I’ve been able to rely on Abigail a lot over the last several years and am so thankful to have her.
