About Abigail

Hi, I'm Abby! I have over 7 years of experience as a nanny. I've cared for children from as young as 1-week-old newborns to 12-year-olds. Over the past few years I've primarily cared for toddler age children and infants. I love to encourage children to learn through play by spending time outdoors, reading together, setting up arts and crafts that interest them, and creating sensory exploration activities that encourage them to connect with themselves and their environment in new and exciting ways. I believe every child is unique and often times: thinks, expresses, and learns differently than one another. In order to provide the best care for every unique child, I believe in developing a relationship built on a foundation of trust and respectful communication. This process looks different for every child and caregiver, but I believe it should always put the child's needs, wellbeing, and development at the highest of priorities.
