About Abigail

Hello! My name is Abigail and I recently earned my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from San Diego State University & am now pursuing my Master's in Elementary Education. I grew up in Santa Barbara and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in History and a minor in Education. I have experience caring for children ages 1-12 as a full-time nanny, along with classroom experience through student teaching and substitute teaching in San Diego Unified School District TK-5 classrooms. I love working with children & creating a safe, caring, & structured environment where they feel supported and confident. As a caregiver, I am patient, reliable, and intentional about helping children feel comfortable, understood, and engaged. I enjoy building routines, encouraging independence, reading, creating activities, spending time outdoors, and supporting each child's growth through calm and consistent care. I'm enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with your family!
