We've had quite a few nannies over the years and Abigail is one of the best if not THE best we've had. She is a great communicator and responsive which is something we really valued. She comes with ideas and planned activities as opposed to just passively watching children. She even helped with potty training and is good at troubleshooting issues with kids needs/wants/tantrums, etc. Out of about 30 applicants for our last job positing, she was the best one.
