About Abigail

Hi everyone! I have over 6 years of childcare experience and have loved it! I have experience working with children ages 4 months to 12 years old. I am also certified in infant, child, and adult CPR and first aid. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, ambitious, and optimistic! I like working with kids because they are at an age where they love to explore new things and they are fun to engage with and teach new life lessons to! I started working with kids when I was about 15 and have loved every moment of it. I started off babysitting for date nights but worked up to taking on full time nanny duties to help parents out! In my spare time, I like to explore new places around Pittsburgh as well as walk the local trails with my dogs. One thing you should know about me is I have a very open mind about everything. With kids, there can be things that they achieve but take a different route than others and we have to support their thinking and steps on how they succeeded.
