About Abigail

For the past three years, I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens; as an occupational therapy assistant providing therapeutic activities to apply to each child's needs and promote their independence. My college degree equipped me with a strong foundation for understanding child development, and I am willing to learn new strategies and provide support. I am certified in CPR. I believe in fostering a creative and engaging environment, whether we're playing outdoor sports, board games, or exploring educational apps. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time (willing to work with infants). I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I speak both English and Spanish. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life and provide reliable support to families is incredibly rewarding. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
