Prior to returning to nannying, I spent 10 years in operations management, which strengthened my organization, communication, follow-through, and ability to keep busy schedules running smoothly. I'm comfortable with routines, age-appropriate play, meals, naps, school-age children, and helping families maintain consistency day to day.
