About Abigail

Hello! My name is Abbie and I am an experienced child care giver who is patient, kind, creative, and fun. I graduated from Tufts University with a major in Child Study and Human Development and a minor in education. I recently moved to Denver to pursue my Master's in Social Work at DU. Prior to moving, I was living in Boston and working as a special education paraprofessional in a preschool. I grew up in Minnesota and have been a nanny for numerous families ranging from infants to high schoolers who need help with rides. I have also had experience as a tutor doing after-school homework help for kids with differing abilities. In my nanny positions, I often helped out with household chores, errands, cooking, and varying tasks of that nature. I also love dogs and am willing to help out with your furry friends too! I love spending time with kids and I am hoping to go back to working in schools as a school social worker once I complete my Master's.
