About Abigail

I'd describe my personality as responsible, friendly, and respectful. I like working with kids because they are fun! I am a very positive person in general. I love being a positive influence on children in all aspects. I'm looking for a job that provides flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to build trust with the families I work with. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I started babysitting my little cousin during COVID when she was a year old. I currently volunteer in a TK class at an elementary school. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise, and hang out with friends and family. One thing families should know about me is I am empathetic, understanding, compassionate. With all my experience from working with children I have learned they work best with me when I treat them as individuals who are heard and respected. My skills include patience, I am able to multitask, and I work well under pressure.
