I enjoy helping seniors maintain their independence while bringing joy to their day. I have one year of caregiving experience, a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire, and current CPR and First Aid certifications. My background includes education, hospitality, and directing a residential horse camp. Across these roles, I've learned to connect with people of different backgrounds, anticipate needs, and offer patient, thoughtful support. I can help with meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping, and everyday routines. I also enjoy the companionship that comes with sharing stories, cooking together, or spending time outdoors. As a dog owner and gardener, I'm happy to help care for pets, tend to plants, or enjoy time in the garden together.
