I remember finding out that a close neighbor of mine was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was like a grandmother to me since I was young, so I felt led to help take care of her as long as she was here. So that is what I did. Although I am not CNA certified, I have worked at a nursing home as a nurses aide and help many elderly family members and friends in many different ways.
