About Abigail

Hi there, I'm Abi! My experience includes two years working as a live in staff in a maternity home for homeless women and their children. I provided pregnancy and postpartum care, giving the support needed for families to heal and grow in a community environment. During these years I gained a breadth of experience in infant and toddler caregiving, while creating lifelong bonds with both mothers and children. I have an extensive background in childcare- babysitting throughout middle and high school, nannying for two families during different time periods throughout college, and working as a summer camp counselor for two consecutive summers, where I lead cabins of a variety of age ranges. I have substantial training in infant development and attachment, child development, and child safety. I am able to provide a loving environment for kids to learn and play, and hope to connect with families in a meaningful and supportive way. I am seeking a family who loves nature and being outdoors!
