About Abigail

Hi! My name is Abigail, I am a current student at the UR. All through high school, I worked as a swimming instructor with kids ages 2-12 so I have plenty of experience interacting with young kids and also navigating challenges with them. I also babysat frequently in high school for elementary aged kids playing games, taking them to practices/social activities, and helping them with their homework. For many years, I have tutored young kids in math and would be happy to help kids with any schoolwork - especially math! Finally, I have a 5-year-old sister so have spent extensive time around a young kid as she has grown up and learned the skills and behaviors of kids from newborns to five y/o and how to best navigate them and most importantly to have fun!
